QR4site is an online service that helps you generate an A4 layout and/or a QR code linked to your site documents.

2. The Service
QR4site (the “Service”) is a tool that generates an A4 layout and/or a QR code linked to a URL you provide (e.g., a folder on Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox or similar). The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- The QR code contains exactly the URL you enter.
- Functionality also depends on your device, browser, settings, and third‑party services (e.g., cloud storage).
3. User‑provided data
The fields you fill in are processed in your browser to update the preview and exports. They are not automatically sent to QR4site servers for file generation. Note: if the page is hosted online, your browser may download required libraries/assets (as with any website).
It remains your responsibility not to enter information you do not wish to expose (e.g., unnecessary personal data) and to manage the link’s permissions correctly (visibility, access, duration, etc.).
4. Content responsibility and compliance
You are responsible for the data you enter and the content generated. Before use and/or printing, you must verify:
- completeness and accuracy (text, QR, readability);
- compliance with applicable laws and industry practices in your country and sector;
- consistency with requirements from the client and/or relevant authority.
QR4site does not provide legal/technical advice and does not replace professional checks.
5. Third‑party links and services
The QR code may point to third‑party services (cloud storage, websites, documents). QR4site does not control and is not responsible for availability, content, security, changes, or limitations imposed by third parties.
6. Permitted use and prohibited actions
You agree to use the Service lawfully. It is prohibited to:
- insert links or content that is illegal, malicious, misleading, or infringes third‑party rights;
- attempt to compromise the website (e.g., aggressive scraping, attacks, reverse engineering);
- use QR4site in a way that creates confusion with third‑party services/brands or for fraudulent activities.
7. Availability, maintenance and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) for maintenance, technical, or security reasons, without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuity, error‑free operation, or compatibility with every device/browser.
8. Intellectual property
The website, brand, logos, graphics, and the Service layout are owned by QR4site or their respective owners. The content you provide remains yours (or that of the respective owners).
We grant you a non‑exclusive licence to use the generated files (A4/QR) for your operational use, in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR4site is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, service interruptions, malfunctions, misuse of the Service, or issues caused by third‑party links/services.
In any case, the user acknowledges that use of the Service is at their sole risk.
10. Privacy, cookies and analytics
How data is processed and the use of cookies and analytics tools are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy managed via Iubenda, which form an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing the new version on this page. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes take effect.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Unless mandatory provisions state otherwise, the competent court is Pesaro (PU), Italy.
